Spring Puts On A Show
Two years ago we made a decision to move our family to South Korea. Our main focus was keeping our family together and if that meant moving us half way around the world then that is what we were going to do. Sometimes we make decisions in life that become our greatest decisions. Little did we know that we come to love our new home and for this reason, it is going to be hard to say goodbye to South Korea.
For just a few short weeks in early Spring the ornamental cherry trees put on a show. There are lots of festivals celebrating this once a year occurrence. This year Tiffany and I decided to attend a festival at Pyeongtaek Univeristy. On our way out I captured the first picture which is a small tree right outside our villa. The field behind it is a rice paddy.
The image below was captured alongside the road as we drove to the festival.
Tiffany standing on the stone stairway that we climbed to get to the festival.
Beautiful people
Beautiful Music
Beautiful Buildings
Beautiful Cherry Blossoms
We will soon be saying goodbye to South Korea but I will leave a small part of me behind and I will never forget my home for the last two years - South Korea.
Look for us soon to be posting from our new home back in America. I will be putting our home back together again which means lots of projects, crafts and some wonderful recipes to come.
Happy Spring,
